A bony beast keeps challenging travelers to duels in the desert. It looks like a fierce opponent, but it must be dealt with!

Guide[]
Your target is to the north-northeast of Al Mamoon, so hop up there and challenge the bony jerk to a duel yourself!
Focus on taking out the Bone Brigadier first; Oliver's Pulse spell and the Drongo's Thunderspark should be doing quite a bit of damage each turn, making quick work of the leader. Once it's toast, focus on the minions to make them part of history (as they should've already been, seeing how they're undead).
Defeat it and you'll complete the bounty hunt, return to the Swift Solutions to claim your reward.
