A black orb has appeared on the north of this island, and laughter can be heard coming from within. Go and investigate!

Guide[]
This is a rehash of the Cap'n Crossbones fight, so travel to The Trail, then hop on Tengri and make your way northeast to the Broken Crown isle. Check out the black orb on the northern part of the island to fight Commodore Crossbones!
As with the Cap'n, he'll Plunder your HP, which will swipe a decent amount of damage. Swashbuckler is a bit more dangerous; if you see it, just back away, since it's a range attack affecting those that are surrounding him. His physical attacks may not seem strong, but when he gets a chain of them going, it can deal quite a bit of hurt.
You'll want to use the same strategy as you did with Mehen; stay on the edge of the field, casting Astra for major damage while the other two do the dirty work, making sure that their health doesn't drop. Keep on wailing away at him until he's defeated.
Defeat it and you'll complete the bounty hunt, return to the Swift Solutions to claim your reward.
