Burden is a spell that weighs down certain subjects, slowing their movement. Oliver obtains this spell from the Cowlipha after mending her heart.
It is a battle spell that, when cast on an enemy, slows down their movement speed. In the case of Queen Lowlah and Aapep, it can render them unable to move for a short period of time, giving you a chance to attack. It is also used outside of battle in the Fairyground, where you help a fairy and gain a Piece of Art in the process.
