Strategy[]
This Nightmare is different from the other two you fought earlier in the game. It will use status change skills like Restless Sleep, which might put one person to sleep. At some point it will use its super attack Oil Spill, which you should use All Out Defense for so it reduces it by 75%. Its physical attacks are very weak, so just keep an eye out for when it starts powering up a special move.
Other than avoiding Oil Spill, be sure to keep Esther's MP at a decent level so she can continuously heal everyone while you blast into the Nightmare. This will help you a lot.
