The Gatekeeper is a Dogman from Goldpaw who guards the Grand High Roller's Hall. When Evan and co. ask to see Pugnacius, the Gatekeeper only agrees to let them if they win in a dice game. Sadly, Evan loses three times (due to the guard's rigged die), placing the king in a debt of 10 million guilders.
