Saki Mishima appears in the Ni no Kuni film. She is Yusuke Ninomiya's adoptive sister, he gives her the nickname Miss Saki. Her soul mate is Bertha. The Black Banner Assassin attempts to kill her but Yu and Haru save her. She fights off the assassin who transformed into a giant spider by using her car and drives into a river. After the defeat of Galeroth, and Yu's decision to stay in Ni No Kuni, she loses all memory of her brother Yu.
