"A mysterious man from a kingdom that vanished into obscurity long ago. Little is known about him, other than that he's a wandering minstrel, he's not fond of people from his homeland, and his real name is very, very long indeed."
- Citizen Almanac profile description.
Sin-Gul was a scribe from an Allegoria, as well as a bard. He can be found in Capstan-upon-Hull after completing Chapter 9 in Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom. His full name is Sin Donwaribihapi Tstaykenamyt Haoozbizniss Sbinawile Watsamata-Gul.
When Evan first encounters him in Capstan-upon-Hull, Sin-Gul will ask him to help remember his full name. If Evan is successful, Sin-Gul will join Evermore as a citizen.
