Tommy Stout (ミルコ Miruko) is a young resident of Ding Dong Dell. He provides Oliver with his second familiar. Tommy can be found in the balcony section of Ding Dong Dell, and then again on the stairs leading to the Ding Dong Well.
Tommy is also a competitor in the Solosseum competition which are held in the Temple of Trials.

Tommy is a young boy with a brown pan over his head. He wears a chestplate with a yellow pawprint in the center. He wields a broom.
